How much is shipping?
This is an easy one - shipping is always FREE! Of course, that only applies to ground shipping within this continental United States (sorry Alaska and Hawaii, you're extra!). If you've got money burning a hole in your pocket and want your items faster, we're more than happy to expedite shipping at your expense.
How fast will I receive my order?
This all depends on where you're located... our crystal ball isn't working and the wizard is at lunch, so we can't tell you exactly. What we can tell you is that we process orders the same day they're placed by us. Yes, we're really that quick! If you're in Florida, chances are you'll have your order the next day. California? Well, that's going to take a few days longer. We also drop-ship some products from our manufacturers at our expense (we really do like you that much!) to get them to you even faster. We'll let you know exactly when you'll get your products just as soon as you place an order. Of course, you can always contact us and we'll be happy to look up the transit times to your location before you place your order.
Is your site secure?
Absolutely! All of our encryption is handled by Verisign, the leader in SSL certificates. Additionally, we routinely undergo Mcafee Secure PCI (Payment Card Industry) security scans of all of our internal and external servers. Lastly, we don't store any of your credit card information online - ever! It can't be stolen if it's not there in the first place. While we like to have fun, one thing we don't mess around with is security. Your information and credit card data is safe with us!
Are you a real company?
We're as real as they get. We've got a whole building full of smiling employees ready to take care of your every need. Our owners also operate one of the largest online restaurant equipment companies in the industry. We've got a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Orlando, Florida you're welcome to come by and visit anytime. What are your return policies?
While we can't imagine you wouldn't love the products you buy from us, we recognize that sometimes you might need to return an item. We'll make this process as painless as possible, only adding restocking fees which are charged to us by our commercial manufacturers. We don't make a dime on restock fees! If we're not charged them, then you're not charged them. Often times, we can bring items right back to our warehouse and avoid those pesky restocking fees altogether (as long as the product is in the original box in new resellable condition of course!). But wait, of course there's one little disclaimer that we've got to mention: Custom made items aren't returnable (this will be mentioned on the individual product page). If you've purchased a pepper mill with "Susie Loves Bob" engraved on it, sorry, but you're stuck with the pepper mill even if you ditch Bob. Just be thankful that was written on a pepper mill and not your body. Oh, it's there too? You kids and your Spring Break.
