I don't know what this is or what it's used for. As its name so accurately suggests, it's a mystery. But if I had to guess, I would think that it's a mixture of mineral, linseed, and tung oils that when applied to your John Boos cutting board or butcher block regularly, will help condition and rejuvenate the looks of your wood.

I guess I'm a pretty good guesser. There! I did it again!
